Features and application:

Speccial single screw extruder for polyolefine,with high extruding velocity and effective plasticization. Separation mixing screws pecialized for polyolefine.

Specially designed three co-extruding die,reasonable channel,smooth outside and inside wall,and little internal stress. Producing pipe range ￠20-￠160mm,manufacture velocity up to 32m/min.

May be used to produce HDPEsilicon core tube ,ordinary PP-R,PEand PEX pipes.

Low cost The cost of nanometer & anti-virus pipe is merely increase5-10% on the ordinary pipe basis.
